What we collect

The party finder can collect event location, ZIP code, event type, guest count, desired service, date, and the contact details you voluntarily submit. We also retain bounded first-touch campaign parameters, landing path, the first and most recent offer category viewed, a bounded referral code, and a random visitor identifier so we can understand which request produced a lead. If optional planning-guide email delivery is active and you request it, we collect your email address and the delivery and marketing permissions you select.

The invited-offer page can also record an anonymous offer claim with a random claim ID, campaign and offer identifiers, the discount configured by the server, bounded referral and campaign attribution, and handoff status. An anonymous claim does not create a CRM contact. Signed invitation and offer-handoff tokens contain identifiers and expiration details, not names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information.

To protect public forms from abuse, we temporarily process a network-address-derived, one-way identifier and a normalized-email-derived identifier for rate limiting. These identifiers remain in application memory for the active protection window and are not added to your inquiry or resource-request record.

Why we collect it

We use the information to recommend an offer, respond to an event request, record demand in areas not currently served, deliver a requested planning-guide link, attribute invited offers, prevent abuse, and improve the website. Submitting an inquiry or recording an offer claim does not create a booking or payment.

Separate permissions

Permission to respond to an event request is required to submit it. Permission to deliver a requested guide email applies only to that delivery. Promotional email and text-message permissions are separate and optional. Providing a phone number does not by itself grant SMS marketing permission. We retain the disclosure version and server-recorded time associated with each permission you choose.

Service providers

Inquiry and resource-request events may be delivered to a configured customer-relationship platform so the team can manage your request and permitted follow-up. Requested guide links may also be sent through a configured email provider. The first-party submission remains stored if an external delivery attempt is temporarily unavailable.

Retention and security

In-memory rate-limit identifiers expire with their approximately 15-minute protection window. Inquiry, resource-request, anonymous offer-claim, consent, and delivery records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the requested service, suppression choices, security, reconciliation, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
