What we collect

The party finder can collect event location, ZIP code, event type, guest count, desired service, date, and the contact details you voluntarily submit. We also retain bounded first-touch campaign parameters, landing path, the first and most recent offer category viewed, and a random visitor identifier so we can understand which request produced a lead.

Why we collect it

We use the information to recommend an offer, respond to an event request, record demand in areas not currently served, prevent abuse, and improve the website. Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking.

Separate permissions

Permission to respond to a request is required to submit it. Promotional email and text-message permissions are separate and optional. Providing a phone number does not by itself grant SMS marketing permission. We retain the disclosure version and server-recorded time associated with each permission you choose.

Service providers

Inquiry events may be delivered to a configured customer-relationship platform so a person can respond and manage follow-up. The first-party submission remains stored even if that delivery is unavailable.
